But as others have politicized the judicial process, the Court likewise has put itself in a position where it cannot help but be subject to political influences. Such was the case with Bush v. Gore. Justice Scaligula famously said "Get over it". If only it were that easy for us to get over the disastrous presidency of George "Duh" Bush, we might.
