If you play fight with a child, and you bump them on the shoulder, they immediately guard their shoulder. Thereby leaving everything else vulnerable. So, each new way terrorists have of frightening us (which are clearly working, we're giving up our privacy as if it were a disease), we try to block that way of happening again. So, if the next attempt comes from someone wearing a toupee, will the TSA agents have to pull on our hair when we walk past? That's the level of foolishness we;re dealing with here.We need a system that works, not a retrofitted one that means that my family and my two children under five have to wait in line for hours causing more anxiety and annoyance to everyone around us (there is nothing like trying to wrangle to under-five year-olds to raise one's irritation levels. My family and I have decided not to fly anymore. We're not afraid to fly, we're just sick of the mismanagement and stupidity that the TSA has been imposing on passengers. Safety is very important, yes, but being treated like a criminal just so you can travel is completely unAmerican.

The TSA reacts to threats like a little child.
