Myself 3 years ago I started to notice the transition of what is called the Single Family dwelling into a situation of what could be described as the Every Single Person in a Family Dwelling.I now see daily &quot;UN-OFFICIAL&quot; apartment like density in traditional neiborhoods. with negative impacts such as parking of vehicles ,trash collection and so on.This also begs the question who enforces the codes and zoaning rules for the maintence of other peoples dreams.</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I agree with alot of your key points.
