Don&#039;t limit the claim to oil under public property. Make clear the value of oil and all resources untouched is a value generated by society and proper for us to share. And propose a dividend, a la Alaska&#039;s oil dividend. And show that if we recovered more of our commonwealth then we could cut counterproductive taxes. And if we shared more of society&#039;s surplus, then we could cut addictive subsidies. Call this shift of taxes and subsidies &quot;geonomics&quot;. It&#039;s worked wherever tried, to the degree tried.
