Melinda Masson earned a bachelor’s degree in literature from the University of California, Santa Barbara’s College of Creative Studies in 2000. Prior to joining the Miller-McCune Center, she grew over five years from editorial assistant to production editor to managing production editor at international infrastructure trade journal publisher Forester Communications, for which she continues to copy edit on a freelance basis. She also edits from afar for Sage Publications, Coastal Woman magazine, Celeb Staff and Celeb Life magazines and Atlantic Publishing Company.
